Will the jewellery tarnish?

No, all our jewellery is plated with nickel free, tarnish resistant coating (in gold, antique silver, gunmetal, silver or rose gold) that will not oxidise or turn dark. But as with any artificial jewellery, care must be taken to keep it out of water & kept safely in the DIVUS® box provided or in a pouch, specially while travelling. 

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we take 2-3 business days to ship the same. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We ship only on Friday/Saturday, but if you are in a hurry to have your order shipped earlier, then drop us a message on +91 9560527799 and we'll do our best! 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! But please contact us +91 9560527799 before you place and order as we will need to establish the shipping charges & date of delivery depending on where you reside. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

We create all our jewels with great love and care. Each item is made to order for you and goes through a quality check before it is shipped. Because of the nature of our products & hygiene reasons, all our sales are final and therefore non-returnable/non-refundable. However, if you receive an incorrect product from us, we will gladly provide an exchange to you. Please drop us a message on +91 9560527799 with your order number within 3 days of receiving the item.

I would like to place a large order, whom should I contact?

Do you customise?

Yes, we do! Custom orders are welcome! If you prefer a different crystal combination or design, please write to us and we will gladly work with you on your special request.  

How should I style my Divus® bag charms?

In many different ways! Our bag charms are elegantly luxurious. They are sophisticated enough to be worn during the day on a classic workbag or a tote yet glamorous enough to adorn evening baguettes and clutches. You can style them any way you want and we can guarantee that they will make you feel extra special!  

Some of my bag charms look different on different handbags. Why is that? 

Most of our bag charms are created using the most versatile crystal colour Aurora Borealis. This is a unique colour that looks gorgeous against any background, on any coloured handbag. Its speciality is that it produces dramatic colour changes depending upon the background conditions. For example, often against a white or a nude coloured handbag, these crystals bear ethereal blue-purple tones, whereas against darker backgrounds, like a black or a navy handbag, these reflect warm fiery colours like yellows, gold and amber. 

Are the colours and sizes shown on the website absolutely accurate?

While we make every effort to photograph our products in natural daylight and display colours as accurately as possible on the site, please be aware that appearance of colours can vary based upon your monitor and display settings. Also note that since all our products are made with crystals, their appearance may vary depending upon the lighting conditions and the backgrounds they are placed against. As far as the sizes go, please refer to the measurements listed on the product pages for an approximate estimation.
